Career Awareness & Webinars

This pillar introduces students and early-career scientists across Africa to vaccinology as a career path through accessible, multilingual webinars and virtual career fairs, increasing awareness of opportunities and pathways within vaccine research and manufacturing.

Advanced Vaccinology Training

A two-week intensive course designed for African scientists already engaged in vaccine research, covering the full vaccine lifecycle—from discovery and pre-clinical development to manufacturing, regulation, and deployment—to deepen technical expertise and practical understanding.

Apprenticeships & Knowledge Exchange

This pillar provides funded, hands-on placements for African scientists within global vaccine manufacturing and research institutions, enabling practical skills transfer, professional mentorship, and long-term knowledge exchange to strengthen local vaccine development capacity.
